Have put my retirement papers in Smokey just waiting on when I can go. Was planning to go to Ukraine again in JULY but not sure yet if I can be released to go in time.Will know more at the end of Feb hopefully.
I am praying to be involved in more concerts and events when I retire to help raise much needed funds for charities ,worthy causes etc
I will be in Birmingham England in March to sing at the ignite event. Have been to this event the past 2 years as well.

I am still composing songs but my first calling is to be an evangelist and preach the gospel and share powerpoints on what the Lord is doing on the mission field.
Hi Lee had a couple of Southern Gospel artists over in Ireland in March 2011 but sadly no groups.We had over Charles and Debbie Ross,Madeline Summers and Jackie Bates as well as artists from England and local artists here in Ireland. We all were involved in a weeks touring of churches here and also enjoyed the sights of beautiful Ireland as well as sampling the delights of Irish Stew.

This is a song that the Lord led me to compose to encourage all christians in this world and as soon as I put it on facebook it was picked up to be played on Arise Radio in the States.The listeners seemed to like the song and it made it into the top 20 most requested songs.

Joseph, that song is BEAUTIFUL!!  The video production is really nice, too.

I’ve watched several videos Jospeh has on youtube and they are all GREAT.  The way he has put them together is some of the best I’ve seen.  Thanks Joseph for sharing them.

Welcome to the forum! I read the article and I watched and listened to you sing Jigsaw. The song was lovely and the words truly inspiring: it blessed me. Thank you for posting the link.

My roots are in South Africa but I am now a New Zealander. I have been greatly blessed since discovering Southern Gospel music, the forum and all my wonderful American friends on here. I met some of them when I visited the US in 2011 and I hope you will get to meet some of them as well. It is good to have someone else from afar on the forum. As Brian said, the National Quartet Convention in September (the first week of September, I think) is a good place to start. A number of the SG groups are from Nashville.

I shall pray for you and your ministry and hope that you will be able to post frequently on the forum.

Thankyou for your encouragement re the songs ,I appreciate your kindness. I am currently working on my 3rd album with a song on it called Billy`s box which the Lord led me to compose from a little chidrens Bible illustration lesson that I put together to visit an orphanage in ukriane. On that day 40 children came to the Lord and the Billy`s Box lesson even brought one of the orphanage staff to the Lord that day.It was a lesson that the Lord touched powerfully and one that I will remember for all eternity.
I know I always love to hear from songwriters about how songs came about and just thought I would let you know a bit about the Billy`s Box song.
